Men’s soccer is sitting at 1-8-1 after losing 4-0 to Johnson and Wales on October 1. They put up quite a fight however getting a couple first half chances on goal and sophomore Parker Davis coming up with first half saves to keep the gap to 1. Second half however Johnson and Wales managed to net another 3, putting them up 4-0.

This was the first of two Saturday homecoming games, the men played first at 2:30 and due to weather the women’s start time was pushed back to 4:30. Women’s soccer record fares better, 3-3-1 after beating Campbellsville University Harrodsburg 4-0 on Homecoming and 9v9 in contrast to the usual 11 aside due to injuries for the away team.

Sophomore Dylan Edwards netted two in the first half as well as Senior Pamela Moore scoring as well. Emilio Robinson added another goal, second half to put the Owls up 4-0.

The men play Thursday October 6 at 5 p.m. and again Saturday 8 at 2 p.m. The women take on two games this week as well, October 5 and 8, senior night against Johnson and Wales, the first at 4:30 and the latter at 12.

On September 24 the men’s and women’s cross country teams attended the Cleveland Community College Yeti Invite. The men’s team placed 5th overall in the 8k with sophomore Trevor Nail placing 4th individually. The women’s team placed 3rd overall with Wilson senior Miriam Kadens placing fifth individually.
