CIAC Hosts Declare Your Major Event

The Center for Integrated Advising and Careers (CIAC) is hosting a Declare Your Major event Friday, Feb. 11, from 11 a.m. to 2 p.m. in Canon Lounge for undeclared students.

At Warren Wilson College (WWC), students typically declare within their second year. Major declarations set students on the path of focusing their studies and diving deeper into a particular field. The Declare Your Major event celebrates and supports students during this pivotal transition. 

Once declared, students work with professors within a given department of study who have the expertise to guide students within their chosen major, known as their academic advisors.
