Exploring the Raw Energy of Warren Wilson College's Punk Show

The March 15th grunge show at Warren Wilson College's (WWC) very own Bryson Gym had one of the largest turnouts for musical events on campus this year. With Drive Thru Pharmaceuticals (DTP), Dayfiction, and Omniphonia playing at the event the energy and ardor were through the roof. The show, which officially began at 8:00 p.m., started with a set from DTP, a band consisting of WWC students Joe Castello, Owen Kennedy and Hannah Johnson. DTP’s set was followed up by Dayfiction, a band located in Richmond, Va. who came down to play at WWC last Friday night. The closer was a wonderful set by another WWC band named Omniphonia.
