Women’s Basketball Senior Night

Warren Wilson Owls Women’s basketball team honored their seniors by having a senior night on Feb. 8. They congratulated the players during the halftime of a home game against NCAA Division II team, Erskine College. They lost 52-70, however, the halftime senior celebration was one to remember with in-game photos of seniors, baby pictures, uniform shots and college selfies shown on the projector to end the ceremony.
Four seniors were celebrated: 5’4 point guard and shooting guard Kana Parker of Raleigh, N.C., 5’ 10 power forward Carrigan Causby of Morganton, N.C., 5’10 forward TJ Sanders of Charlotte, N.C. and 6’0 forward and center Catherine Causby of Morganton, N.C.
Parker is a member of the Athletics Crew and is majoring in psychology. Carrigan Causby is a member of the Athletic Training Crew and is majoring in community health. Sanders is a member of the Athletics Crew and is majoring in social work. Catherine Causby is a member of the Athletics Crew and is majoring in biology.
