Sports Recap: What’s happened?

The men’s lacrosse team sits at 1-6 after their narrow 13-12 win at home against Spaulding. The women’s lacrosse team holds a 2-3 record after a comeback-win on senior night against Sweet Briar College out of Va. Six seniors — TJ Sanders, Carrigan Causby, Pam Moore, Gen Lopez, Tatum Fowler and Lynn Hilbert — were Celebrated. Causby scored twice, Fowler and Hilbert garnered 1 apiece. Sophomore Dylan Edwards finished with five goals and six assists against Sweet Briar. She got the program record for assists and points in a game with 6 and 11 respectively. Edwards was nominated as a Division III co-offensive player of the week by the International women’s lacrosse association or IWLA.
