Each character is there to witness the unveiling of Dr. Frank-N-Furter’s newest creation: Rocky (Peter Hinwood), a “muscular man.” Amidst waiting for the reveal, Brad and Janet have to deal with Dr. Frank-N-Furter’s many antics, including seduction and attempted cannibalism.
